Our Story
“Baixamar” represents the moment when the tide recedes, revealing the ocean’s hidden treasures—barnacles, mussels, shrimp, lobsters, and crabs that delight true seafood enthusiasts.
Born in the heart of Rua dos Bacalhoeiros, a place marked by maritime tradition and the codfish trade for over 200 years, we keep this heritage alive by reinventing the classic seafood tavern experience with a modern, vibrant, and sophisticated atmosphere.
